I was looking to deactivate the existing Netflix account and found this answer.
On the Netflix screen where you look through movie titles, use the directional pad/arrows of the remote to press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. If can`t be done too quickly or too slowly, so you may need to try it a few times. If done correctly, it should show you a new screen with a Deactivate button. Select it. Then you`ll be able to log back in.
