Lotus notes 9.x When Opening Mail, Contacts or Calendar, the error "Cannot create window (Insufficient Memory)" Displays.

This issue was occurring to me after i played with the nview application. (I enabled the nview on my system)

I tried cleaning the workspace and cache with Notes -RPARAMS -clean in the  notes directory but that did not help

After Google i found an IBM technote which mentioned about nview.

After disabling the nview on my system. notes started working again
